Won handily; second driving; third the same. Let Harrison II. liegan slowly and was outrun for the first half, caught the leaders tiring and won going away. Bye Bye II., sbullled back in the scramble for positions at the start, worked her way up on the outside on the far urn and, finishing with a great stretch run, outstayed Ben Strong in the final drive. The latter dashed into a big lead in the first furlong and maintained a fast pace for a half more, but tired near the end. Temmeraire moved up witli a threatening challenge on the turn into the homestretch, but tired under punishment in the last furlong. Hoyal Onyx ran well. The winner was entered for S1.000; no bid. Henry O. was well rated and trailed along in the rear until making the turn out of the backstretch, where he moved up on the outside, caught the leaders when entering the homestretch, easily disposed of Exelto-i;ient and won going away. Peter Knight came through on the inside on the home turn and finished with a great burst of speed. Excitement moved up fast on the far turn and appeared to have the others be.aten when entering the homestretch, but found the route too far and tired under a drive. King of the Valley ran a bad race and did not fancy the cuppy going. Itolla and Court Martial were used up in setting he early pace. The winner was entered for 000; no bid. Scratched 70S! Uncle Toby was speedy, but was made too much use of in the first quarter and tired ami came from behind in all his good races. Balla ran well, but Avas on the inside Iu the cuppy going all the way. Ballot Box dropped in behind Pantoulle until rounding the far turn and came wide into the homestretch, but easily disposed of Pantoulle, then tired in the last sixteenth. Posing, on the outside in the middle of the track all the way. came fast in the last sixteenth. Pantoulle was speedy, but found the route too far and stopped in the last quarter. Knobhampton fenced well and was well up all the way, made a determined effort when going to the last jump, but tired in the final drive. John G. Cavanagh showed much speed and set a fast pace for one and a half miles. Cardigan was stiff and sore when going to the post. Ballycastle ran out at the first jump, was taken back and Went one turn of the field, then was pulled up. Bonfire refused at the third jump. The winner was entered for 00; no bid. Goes Fast dashed around her opponents, caught and passed Eonite on the far turn and drew away in the tit 1 etch to win in a canter. Eonite, a fast breaker and off forwardly, showed much speed, but was unable , to stall off the winners challenge and held the others safe all the way. Oroba dropped back soon after the start and was taken wide when rounding the far turn and when entering the homestretch, but finished fast. Tom Shaw was outrun all the way.
