HORACE EGBERT DANGEROUSLY ILL. Seattle, Wash., September t. Horace II. Egbert, presiding judge at The .Meadows, lias been ordered back to his home in California by his physician, Dr. Horton, and left Seattle Saturday for the south. The doctor states that Mr. Egbert has Brlghts disease, and unless he takes a rest and gets away from the- excitement of the race track he will not be answerable for the results. Fred Mulhollaiid, who has been associate judge, succeeds Mr. Egbert. lie is a newspaper man of San Francisco.
