M., Chicago and others. There was no such thing as the Ballot entry. Had you said Keene entry you would have won. As it is, the wager was a draw. The obvious interpretation of the "Ballot entry" is the Keene entry with Ballot to go and with Ballot scratched, the bet bepaine a draw.
