NO INTERFERENCE AT WASHINGTON. Washington, D. C, October 20. Racing. at.Ben-nlng will be free from interference and betting will be conducted on the lines in use last spring. This results from the fact that the arguments on the appeal of WUllain Davis, the New York bookmaker convictod by the Supreme Court of the District of Columbia for violating tho gambling laws by taking bets on the races, was today postponed by the Court of Appeals ot the- District of Columbia until December. This action carries; tha case beyond the Benning race meeting, which opens November 10
