HOT SPRINGS RACING DOUBTFUL. New Orleans, La., December 30. A lot o horsemen in various quarters have been waiting for two weeks for news from Little Rock, Ark. They expected before this to know that a special session of the legislature would have made It possible, by repealing or amending the Amis Law, to have a spring . meeting of some thirty or forty days at the Oaklawn track of Hot Springs. But no special session has been called and there are grave doubts about Hot Springs racing in 1008. .
