HAS A HIGH OPINION OF LEE ROSE. O. A. Bianchi of the Oakland Stable declares that Lee Rose is by long odds the liest prospect he has handled in his extended experience ou the turf. He says that the colt has never yet been extended in his races or work, and that there Is no telling how good, he may he. So he has resolutely set hi-face against the tempting offers that have been made for the youngster, and will keep him. He eaMkMn him every whit as good as. and perhaps a belter colt than Firestone, f. r which T. II. William paid S. C. Hildrcth 0,000 a year ago. The colt has an excellent disposition with his other good qualities, and there is every reason to believe that he will be a genuine cracker jack.
