NOTES OF THE TURF. The fresent whereabouts of jockey Willie Schade, who has not ridden in any races since last March, is desired at this office. , J. Simon Healey, foreman of H. B. Duryeas stable at Sheepshead Bay. was married last Sunday to Miss Florence Suppe and the couple is now iu the south on an extended wedding trip. The stockholders of the Coney Island Jockey Club at their annual meeting, held at the Windsor Arcade in New York Monday, re-elected all of the old members of the board for another year. David Gideon has left New York on his regular mid-winter trip. He will visit a number of south- eru points, including New Orleans and possibly will go out to Los Angeles to take a look at the new track at Santa Anita Park. H. R. Brandt, who Is training Barney Schreibers string at New Orleans, has made application for stable room at the Gravesend track and plans to ship Tom McGrath and several other horses there about the middle of next month. Oxford and Helen B., in James McLaughlins stable at Sheepshead Bay, have lioth been fired r.nd turned out. McLaughlin has sold First Whip, an eleven year-old brown horse by Duke of Montrose — Theora, to Harry Hunter, who will use him as a hunter.
