Night Mist 1 ran | good race, closed a big gap quickly and finished fast. Dick Rose lost much ground by a wide turn 1 into the stretch, but made it up rapidly and hold an well in the closing drive. Brimmer showed speed. bri tired near the end. Tea Leaf pnl in the alleles. Padrone closed a great gap and was gaining fast at the end. Sainesaw ran poorly. Rustle wa in nearest pursuit of tbe pacemakers all tbe way and held on gamely in the stretch drive. Third Rail, bard ridden throughout, but taken wide, ran a good race. Hollow was away slowly and showed speed, but dM not run to his true form. Kthcl Orr ran fairly well. Ketchemike showed the most early speed, but ouit badlv after going a half.
