• | TURF LAWSUIT SETTLED OUT OF COURT. Lexington. Ky.. February 25. — The difference between Allan Steele and J. B. Smith, of Louisville. over the horses Miss LIda and Gilvedear was settled out of court today. Smith gave Steele ,500 for the latters interest in Miss Lida and the filly was turned over to Rome Respess. Steele paid Smith 00 and retained Gilvedear.
