NOTES FROM THE BLUEGRASS REGION Lexington Kf June 25 Suit to set aside the will of the late James S Stoll who was proprietor of the Meadows Stud and owner of a number of valuable thoroughbred horses was filed today by his widow and her three chidren who are his sole beneficiaries The trouble is that the will named two of Mr Stolls kinsmen who were Interested with him in large properties as trustees of the estate estateEdward Edward Corrigan is here on a visit to his farm He says the trouble at New Orleans is not based on genuine sentiment against raciug but Is a matter of politics politicsThe The eight yearlings picked from the Nursery Stud by August Belmont for racing in England were shipped to New York this morning morningR R L Baker received today the check of Lloyds Insurance Company of London for 100121 as In ¬ demnity for the death of the threeyearold colt R C Raun which died of pneumonia here in April
