KENTUCKY BREEDERS CHEERING UP Lexington KyJune 30 The prices obtained for yearlings at Sheepshead Bay have Influenced four Kentucky breeders to change their minds about hold ¬ ing their youngsters until September Fortythree head will be shipped from here tomorrow morning to be sold at Sheepshead Bay July 0 Overton II Chenault will send eighteen head from Spendthrift Stud including a brother to Mike Suttou and a sister to Gene Russell Garrett D Wilson will ship fourteen from Iroquois Stud Including a halfbrother to Major Dalngerlield a brother to Belle of Iro ¬ quois and a halfsister to Firestone George C Jraddy will send ten from Daytona Stud includ ¬ ing the first foal of Musical Slipper the half sister to Peter Pan George II Whitney will send the sister to Gun Cotton and Al Powell from Melrose Stud There is a possibility that the full brother to Hermis will be included in the shipment making fortyfour head This colt is owned by H A Engman and a telegram was sent to him this afternoon at Clearwater Florida asking for in ¬ structions If Mr Kugman decides to sell the colt will be taken along alongMrs Mrs Klla O Pepper has decided not to sell the brother to Kings Courier In this country and will send him to England to be sold at Doncaster next fall fallDr Dr Ed Hagyard Sr a member of the firm of Ilagyard Bryan Shannon veterinary surgeons to ¬ day sold his interest to his partners and the busi ¬ ness will be continued in the name of Bryan Shannon Dr Hagyard will remove either to Spo ¬ kane Wash or Hamilton Mont and devote his en ¬ tire time to the mining industry
