KENTUCKY DECISION AGAINST POOLROOMS Frankfort Ky September 25 By affirming the judgment of the Campbell Circuit Court fininc George Ehrllch 500 and Anthony Bernero 100 for maintaining and conducting a poolroom outside of Newport the Court of Appeals upheld the anti pnolrooin law The Indictment against the poolroom men was drawn on the grounds that they maintained a public nuisance where people congregated dally in numbers from 200 to 2000 and bet on races mil in any part of the United States The appeal was taken on the grounds that there was not sufficient evidence but the court held that there Is abund ¬ ant evidence
