"In measuring the ponies for these races, two lines are drawn fifty inches apart and the pony is re gained to stand front feet on one line and hind net on the other. The standard is placed at the withers, of course, hut n° person U permitted to take the pony by the head during the measurement. Following these meetings, a sixtv-dav meeting will be given at Oklahoma City and an effort will l e made to secure Judge Joseph A. Murphy to preside at the latter point.
