READY AT JAMESTOWN. Norfolk. Ya.. May 11. The advance guard of racing folks are already arriving at Norfolk on every beat and ti.-iin for tlie ooeniug of the Jamestown Jockey Clubs spring meeting which starts Thursday. Hotel accommodations are nearly all reserved, both at Norfolk and Newport News, as the special trains, arranged by the railroads bare aroused a strong sentiment for the races in North Carolina and ou the eastern shore of Virginia. Horse talk monopolizes tbe ituiversation in t.ho hot. I lobbies ami public places htdnt. The hotels are decorated iu horsey attire, a- are many of the shops.
