Miss Strouie followed Joidproof closely and, standing the final drive resolutely, won drawing rlear. Itight- asy closed a big gap in the last quarter and finished with a rush. Cohlproof. showing mart the most cailv speed, dtapoaed of Adtlax in the first half, but tired badly in the stretch. Voting lame from a long amy back in the last half. Booma uad no mishaps. Addax ran a good half tiefoie tiring. E. T. Hhlpo appears to be out of form. McChotil and Ordono ran poorly. The winner was entered for 8400; no bid. Scratched 80034 K. M. Turf Star forced a fast pace in the early running and came away in the stretch to win as her rider pleased. Henderson set the early pace fast and outstayed Hallack in the final drive. The latter raced impressively and but for being in close quarters in the final furlong would probably have lieeu second. Zahra i in wide all the way and finished with a rush. Old Honesty ran a good race and was prominent throughout. Zipango • anie from a long way back in the last quarter. John E. McMillan ran fairlv well. St. Elinwood tired lailly after going a good three-quarters. Miss Crawford acted sourly, refused to break and was pulled up arte* going a half. Overweights— John E. Fereno. lucky in escaping interference, went into a long lead at once and won all the way. Patsalaga ran in closest pursuit hroiighout. but tired slightly near the end. Chanticlor was away poorly and ran well, but suffered much from interference. Cellaret came from a long way back and finished gamely, trace Dixon tiled ill the last furlong. There was a bad mixuo soon after the start, desiroving the chances of the lat -i. Scratched 8132Q Inferno Queen. Miss Crittenden showed line spied and, setting a fast pace, stayed letter than was expected in the final drive. W.iolwluder raw a good race. Aspirin quit badly after going well for seven furlongs. Richard Reed tired after being prominent for a half. Cymbal ran poorly. The winner was entered for 00: no bid.
