SIR WOOSTER FOR ENGLISH GRAND NATIONAL Baltimore. Md.. May 13. After Sir Woostors race at liiulico Tuesday Col. Robert Neville announced that the horse would be a starter in next roars English Grand National Steeplechase. His plans are to send the horse to Ireland next fall and to hunt him through that coiiutrv for a month ,.1- two as part of his preparation for the big race. He said that he would like to race the horse in France, only that the jumps then- an- not suitable and that Sir Wooster has not the turn of speed to make him a successful fencer in that country.
