NO POOLROOM NEWS AT BELMONT. New York. May 17. — The Jockey Club has resumed the old warfare on the iioolrooms at Belniont Park. In order to keep the details of the races from the poolrooms, the Pinkertons have hung up immense canvas sails along the lower part of the track to shut off the view from neighboring houses, while the result of each race is not allowed to be sent out over the Western Inion wires until fifteen minutes have elapsed. It was stated that tile anti-poolroom crusade would be conriiiuod by the Jockey Chili all season, regard lass of cost. It is understood that an otter from the poolroom syndicate to pay for the necessary informs! Hon was rejected.
