HOUSTON MEETING EXTENDED. Houston. Tex.. Mav 17. — At a meetiug of the Stockholder* of the Houston Jockey Club tonight the notion to extend the meeting to June 12 was unanimously carried. A petition signed by horsemen raeiug here and the continued good attendance by the eilizens of Houston, had much to do with this ilt lsi.ii of the track officials. Judge Murphy will have for Lalouia Saturday night and John Campbell or Charles C. Campau will officiate as judge after he leaves.
