ADVOCATES RACING COMMISSION LAW Dallas Tex January 17 Ben E Cabell assist ¬ ant secretary of the State of Texas Fair annually held here is pleased with the recent decision of the Kentucky courts in sustaining the State Racing Coin mission He is quoted as follows followsI I predict it will only lie a few years when everv stale in the Union where the speed horse Is recognized will adopt the racing commission law It eliminates every objectionable feature and nuts racing on a high plane and standard The breeders bill which President Klest and myself advocated at the last session or the Texas legislature was almost identical with the Kentucky law lawIt It Is understood that efforts to obtain the legis ¬ lation advocated by Mr Cabell will be renewed at the next session of the Texas legislature
