The directors of the Kintueky Association will lmhl a meeting Friday to go over the program that has been prepared for the spring meeting liv racing secretary Shelley. J. Tandy Hughes, trainer of Milton B.. arrived from Jacksonville today. The sturdy son of Claude is due at the Kentucky Association track tomorrow. Irving II. Wheatcroft has instructed Lou Marion to leave Jacksonville for Lexington with the St. James Stable this week. Jockey Canz will ride at the spring meeting. The track, because of heavy raiu yesterday and todav, is now very muddy.
