CHARLIE EASTMAITS CREDITABLE RECORD. Charlie Eastman, whose death was reported from New ork a few days ago. was destroyed in consequence of sin attack of paralysis of the throat, a rare disease with thoroughbreds. He was a Tennessee bred horse and a speedy sprinter that retained his ability to hold bis own in fast company to the very end of his busy career He was winner of forty-seven races, mostly in the west and south, in- hiding a number of stakes.
