LATONIA HAS MORE RAIN TRACK CONVERTED INTO MUDDY STATE AND ATTENDANCE IS GREATLY AFFECTED. Righteasy Leads from Start to Finish in the Handicap — Hughes Only Winning Favorite — P. M. June 27. — Heavy rains that fell during the morning and continued until nearly post time, caused a decrease in attendance, converted the track into a muddy condition and furnished frequent upsets. Hughes, in the closing race, was the only favoriie to scon- during the afternoon. Speculation was fairly brisk and those successful in hacking the winners scoured good odds.
