MATT WINN PLANNING WESTERN TRIP. New York. July 22.— Col. Mitt J. Winn will go to Mexico immediately after the close of flic V. mkeis meeting. The Jockey Club Juan 7. is making vast improvements at the new track on Mexican soil opposite i:i Paso. A new clubhouse and many commodious stables are under construction. He will return east before the close of the Saratoga meeting.
