BED WELL CASE TO BE RE-OPENED. Lexington. Ky.. August 2. — The Kentucky State Racing Commission announced today that it will rehear the case of II . G. Redwell. " who. with his Stable, was ruled off Kentucky tracks for the alleged doping of the horse Nailzu tit Latonia on July 4 last. The date for the rehearing has not been set. The commission decided to re-open the case on the strength of the affidavit made bv Kiel Williams, the former employee of the Bed Weil stable who was recently located at Sheepshead Ray. Chairman Clay has instructed Secretary Rid well to ascertain what date will best suit all of the commissioners and to call a meeting for that date.
