At present he is in retirement because of an injury, but his skillful trainer expects to have him in action Before the end of the Saratoga meeting. An extremely honest and true-running horse. Hanbridge, is second io King James, but it would require the winning of a rich stake to enable him to threaten the position of the-latter. Unluckily his owner overlooked the Saratoga meeting and this good one has no stake engagements there. Besides owning the first horse ill the list of winning five-year-olds S. C. Hildreth furnishes the third in the Commando gelding. Restigouche. a very fast horse when feeling on good terms with himself and his surroundings, but a moody one and not at all times to he depended upon to run to the height ol his form. The three named are all thai had won ,006 or more up to August 1. Others that have rendered good service to their owners are Pinkola. Ardri. Beaucoup, Keep Moving. Stanley Fay.
