L0VE-N0T AN OAKS ELIGIBLE. New York. September 13. — E. R. Bradlev savs that he may take his .. »0o Yoter fOj, Latve-Not, which took third money in the Futurity after setting the pace for live furlongs, to Fhigland next spring for the Oaks. James R. Keene nominated Live-Not for the Oaks last fall. and. inasmuch as her acceptances have been paid, she is still eligible to that race as well as other Bagliab stakes. Love-Not is now in charge of William Hurley, who will make an effort to get her to the post for the filly end of the Matron Stakes at PimliCO, in which she may meet Bashti and Heatherhrooni. Janus Howe declares that Love-Not was easily the fastest of the two-year-olds Mr. Keene sold at Saratoga, but he is not sure bove-Not will care lor the Oaks course. He is inclined to think speed rather than distance running will prove the Voter Ulys forte. The best youngster for distance running Mr. Keen- sold at the Springs was Heather-broom, in trainer Bowes opinion.
