NO CHANGES IN KENTUCKY STATE RACING COMMISSION HOLDS LENGTHY SESSION AT LEXINGTON Hatter of Commissions from PariMutuel Fools and andMethod Method of Calculating PayOffs Bemains as It ItWas Was When Agitation of Question Began Lexington Ky December 28 The Kentucky State Racing Commission was in session here this afternoon for fire hours and the matter of commis ¬ sions on parimutuel pools and the method of cal ¬ culating the pay of winning tickets remains Just where it was last spring when tha directors of the Kentucky Association started the agitation by ask ¬ ing the sanction of the commission for an increase of from five to seven per cent Representatives ofthu Lexington Louisville and Latonia tracks made a display of their books for 1110 to the commission and left the impression that they are willing to go along as in the past on the matter of commission and calculation calculationColonel Colonel Young moved the adoption of bis rule specifying a method of calculation by the old method that would deprive the associations of the multiplied break as obtained under the method that has been in vogue on Kentucky tracks for three years There was no second to the motion where ¬ upon Colonel Young amended the proposed rule by the insertion of six per cent instead of five per cent commission and still depriving the associations of the multiplied break which is equivalent to approxi ¬ mately one per cent This amendment will lay over for daysAll thirty days All of the other proposed rules were discussed but no vote on any of them was taken it being1 agreed to defer action until the next meeting which will be held upon the call of chairman Clay Jockey J Mclntyre who was suspended by Judge Price at Latonia in 1909 was reinstated unoo the recommendation of Judge Price Melntyre Is at Oakland and will be granted a license to ride by the Pacific Jockey Club ClubMuch Much time was devoted to a discussion of the case of H G Bed well but no action was taken
