CITY PARK TRACK TO CHANGE HANDS. New Orleans. La.. May 0. W. C. Castell, representing a local realty syndicate, has offered the New Orleans Jockey Club, owner of the beautiful City Park race track. !?250,nno for the property. At a meeting of the stockholders last night, lasting until early this morning, the proposition was ten tatively accepted, but it was decided to appoint a liquidating committee, which was named as follows: Samuel F. Ileaslip. president of the club, chairman: C. II. Rice and Eugene Beuhler. Upon advice of the attorney, -Alex Brian, it was decided that the affairs of the club must be placed in liquidation before an offer to sell the property could be accepted. ;
