| NOTES OF THE TURF. Eugene Fischof scored two firsts at St. Onen in France Tuesday, his M i t ill us winning the Prix del 0 .Albert and Oui taking the Prix de Da Cascogne. Wiesbaden. Cermany. one of the most famous summer resorts in the world, where more than 200,4100 visitors go annually, has added horse racing to its other skirls. The racing at Wiesbaden will take place during June. .Inly and September and the best lacing stables of continental Europe are expected to be represented there this year. Ip to date tin- Saratoga Association lias not followed the lead of other New York racing associations which declared off stakes already closed. Declarations of certain horses out of a series of stakes which closed last summer have l een made public, and this makes it appear as if the Saratoga Association has hopes of racing at its course this summer.
