NOTES OF THE TURF. Starter Cassidv has added to the schooling list at Churchill Downs King Olympian. La Casadora and Kiiterv. He now has eight racers under the nan. the others being Helen Burnett, Oaana, Stick Pin, lima and Kan Ferguson —nolle of which can start in an overnight race until Mr. Cassidy permits their re ilc.talelllcllt. W. 11. Fizer is again galloping liukola and Boca • .ramie regularly at Churchill Downs, and both are training nicely, lie expects to be aide to race the Pair al Latonia. The Latonia Derby winner of liins was an exceedingly sick horse several weeha ago. but is now once more in perfect health. His Latonia engagements are the Merchants Stakes and Independence and Cincinnati Hotel handicaps. Woodford lay reports that his mare Flying Ship, dam of Ocean Bound, has foaled this spring a hand Hosae hay coll by star Shoot. Mr. clay has no yearling this season out of Flying Ship, she having been barren in 1910 and this is her tirst cult foal, all her previous produce having been lilies. Clay Brothers have decided to sell all their yearlings this season and will make no attempt to race auj two-year olds in 1912.
