CITY PARK TRACK CHANGES HANDS. New Orleans. La.. June 22. — The liquidators of the New Orleans Jockey Club accepted the bid of George 0. Frederiehs for the purchase of the City Park rue rack property today, and notice to this effect ran sent be stockholders. Mr. Frederichs bid 63.-275 for the property, payable 100.000 in cash and the rest in one, two ami three years with six per reat. Intorest. This means that all hope of re-establishing racing in New Orleans has been abandoned by the owners and that the b— tlf 1 course will he iurned into a residential section, with houses dotting the former track. The park comprises ■boat 110 acres and was formerly swamp land. The association was capitalised at 00,000 and the sale price will net the stockholders about 0 pet-share. The principal stockholders are: William J. Oastell. of New Orleans: Congressman Joseph L. Uhinock. of Covington. Kv.. and J. D. Uesness. of W.«Kllawn. O. The liquidators are C. II. Rice ■ F.
