HANDICAP OF THE JOCKEYS. From time to time Daily Racing Form will publish a table of the camparativo rating of those jockeys whose skill in the saddle has already been well demonstrated and of those who have not arrived but give promise of coming excellence. The handicap will divide these riders into classifications, of which those admittedly in the front rank of their calling will be indicated by 100, thence downward to 75. the lowest classfication. from which advancement upward will come when justified by good riding. The tabulation herewith printed shows the number of mounts, wins, seconds, thirds and unplaced from January 1. 1911. and tip to and including the racing of June 90, litll, and is as follows: Jockey. .l,s 1st. 2d. 3d.
