LATONIA TRACK IS AGAIN DELUGED. Mes.irnger Boy Stores in Sensational Fashion in Feature Rate — Merrtks Rider Caught Napping. Cincinnati. .. It caused considerable Inconvenience to the early comers and the downpour continued without abatement until after tbe running of the second race, after which it recurred intermittently throughout the afternoon. The low banging clouds caused a pall of darkness that made it impossible to distinguish the running of the horses in the first race until the field had straightened out ui the stretch. The heavy drenching the track received made the going loose and sloppy. Messenger Hoys sensational victory in the restore race occasioned a deal of enthusiasm. At one stage of the running.
