GANOGUE WINS THE DERBY CUP. Lady Orimar Disqualified for Foul at Blue Bonnets After Finishing: Second, Montreal. Que., September 14. The second rac; called for horses bred in the Province of Quebec and the third race for horses that are the bona tide property of British subjects resident In Canada. The first disqualification of the meeting came with the running of the eighth race, second money being taken from Lady Orimar after she was beaten a head bv Rrevltc. Soon after the break Lady Orimar dropped in behind Double Five and remained there until straightened out for the final run, where she moved up stoutly and passed the tiriug pacemaker. At the end I.revite, coming steadily along the Inner rail, wore down Lady Orimar and beat her In the final strides. At the furlong post the latter took a tiring swerve to the inside and interfered with some of the horses behind her. Troy Weight, which finished third, suffered the most and the stewards promptly made the ruling. The change in the placing gave Troy Weight second mOney and Pla-nutesS third. Montgomery made it two in a row by winning the seventh race.
