When one makes a parlay he bets that two or more named horses will run to certain named places and the bet is not decided until there lias been action in the case of every horse named in the wager. The fact that the bookmaker limits Ids possibility of loss has nothing to do witli the matter other than to deilnc the amount that can be won if the backer Is right in his Selections.
