RACING COMMISSION MEETING DEFERRED. Lexington. Ky.. October 20. The meeting of the Kentucky State Hating Commission scheduled for tomorrow will not be held. Chairman E. F. Clay is ill at his home near Paris and Messrs. George J. Long and Johnson X.. Camden are out of the state, so it Is not possible to have a quorum. Secretary Johnson does not know when a meeting will be held.
