JAMESTOWN CASE AGAIN GOES OYER. Norfolk. Va., Octoler 24. When .the proceedings brought by the attorney-general of Virginia for revo- cation of the Jamestown Jockey Clubs charter were reached in yesterdavs call of the docket in the Norfolk City Circuit Court, counsel for the state made no appearance. Judge McLemore said the case might ho set later in the term, but the court could not proceed without consent of both sides. This moans that the meeting of the Jamestown Jockey Club announced for next month will not bo interfered with bv tho court proceedings.
