GOSSIP FROM BLUE GRASS REGION. Lexington, Ky.. December 13. The meeting of the directors of the Kentucky Association called for today was postponed indefinitely because of the inability of President Catesby Woodford to be present. Trial of the suit of John T. Ireland and Catesby Woodford against the Louisville and Nashville Kail-road Company for 3,000 damages because of the de-ith of three thoroughbred horses and injury to others in transit will be called in the Circuit Court jl Monday. Bjsgejj announcCi today that his year lings will be shipped from here to Charleston, S. C. on January 2 and that Wayne Lewis, who is now at Columbia, and who has been re-engaged by Mr. Bis-sell as trainer, will be at Charleston to receive them. David Look, the new owner of Castleton Farm, was here today and made formal acceptance of the deed which was lodged for record. From today the expense of maintenance will be borne by Mr. Look, though Major Foxhall A. Daingerfield will continue In charge of the place until January 1, when Mr. Look will take actual possession. Beginning with today, all of James R. Kecnes thoroughbred stallions, mares and foals of 1011 arc to be boarded by Mr. Look until Mr. Keeue otherwise disposes of them.
