Notice Given That Stewards of the Jockey Club Will Consider Reinstatement of Horses, Owners and Jockeys Outlawed at Columbia. Regarding the meeting at Columbia last month, which wan declared an outlaw meeting, the stewards adopted the following resolution: "The stewards of the Jeekej Club hereby give notice that on persoaal application they will con alder the question of reinstating all owners, train-era, tocheys ami horses which participated in tbe meeting held at Columbia, S.
