Besom, a fast M of lieu Brush, which Mr. Ran dolph got several years ago from James R. Keaaat, has taken on weight since Beyer look him down t- South Carolina and bis feet and legs are in good condition. Racquet, easily the handsomest horse in the Randolph- stable, weighs marly 1,075 pounds and is going promisingly in gallops. Mr. Randolph has sp.-ut Iho better part of the winter at Alkea. and his horses an- training un.l r his personal supervision. A. G. Weston will bring two aaefal horses this way for Richard T. Wilson, the president of the Saratoga Association for the Improvement of the Breed of Horses, in Beaucoup and Mexoana, re spectively a son of Ornament and a daughter of the brilliant Mexican. Trainer Weston likely will handle Roaueoup and Mexoana nut il after the finish of the Iimlico meeting for Mr. Wilson. Thomas Healey is coming down from New York with a bunch of two aad three year-olds belonging to the president of the Saratoga Association. After the Baltimore meeting trainer Healey will take charge ef the entint Wilson lot and race them in Canada. Mr. Weston has several horses of his own to bring up lure from Charleston, and it is likely after be g.-ts here that his establishment may be strength-. a d by reeraita from the stable of Capt. William F. Presgrave.
