RACING ORGANIZATIONS AND OFFICIALS. Herewith is presented a list of the principal racing organizations of the United States, Canada and Mexico; the names of their racing secretaries or other executive officials in charge of the details of the racing, and the location of their offices. Included in the list are several associations that are dormant so far as racing activity is concerned, but whose organization is maintained.
