OFFICIALS FOR HAVRE DE GRACE New York July 31 The promoters of the new race track at Havre de Grace Md which opens on August 20 for a thirty days meeting have selected a list of notable otlicials C J Fitzgerald and C H Pettingill will l o in the judges stand James Milton probably will handle the barrier Fred Rebberger is the racing secretary and handicapper and W S Vossbnrg will be the presiding steward The betting ring will be under the control of John G Cavanagh who will tlnd room for all reputable layers
