AMERICAN ENTRIES IN ENGLISH RACES RACESMr Mr II P Whitneys name figures prominently in the latest issue of the Racing Calendar in which are detailed the entries mado in New York for vari ¬ ous important events of the future notably the Derby and Oaks of 1014 In the former he Is re ¬ sponsible for seven entries and in the latter for eight while he has two each in the Coronation Stakes and St James Palace Stakes at Ascot seven in the Richmond Stakes next year and five in the Sussex Stakes 1014 at Goodwood ten each In tjn Royal Standard Stakes and Red Rose Stakes t Man ¬ chester and Is liberally represented ulso In o their races recently closed for Newmarket Nottingham and elsewhere J R Keehehas seven Mr Kohler five and J E Madden twelve in the Derby and the gentleman last named is responsible for ten in tho Oaks London Sportsman
