NEW WESTERN RACING CIRCUIT Calgary Alberta August 27 Announcement was made here of the formation of a new racing circuit with tracks in Calgary Edmonton Saskatoon Re gina Lethbridge Winnipeg and two other cities to be named Canadian and American sportsmen are behind the movement and summer meetings of four ¬ teen days will Ite held on each track It Is planned to give about 110 days of racing on the circuit A farm will be provided near Calgary where horseineu may winter their horses If they do not care to ship to the south Ed Cole of New York has been en ¬ gaged as presiding judge for the circuit M Foeney formerly of New York will be secretary and general manager
