GOSSIP FROM BLUE GRASS SEGION Lexington Kyf August IS John Miller will leave here tomorrow for New York with the fifteen thoroughbred yearlings that H T Wilson bought from John K Madden last spring They are going east to be broken brokenOne One of Racing Secretary William H Shelleys KOIIB Is ill with typhoid fever at Louisville On that account Mr Shelleys coming to Lexington to arrange for the fall meeting may be delayed until later In the week weekPhil Phil T Chlnn said this afternoon that he had received u letter from Peter Wimmer who Is now abroad in the interest of his employer John San ford In the course of which be said that he had found it exceedingly difficult to buy thoroughbred broodmares in ICngland privately and Wimmer has decided to remalu until after the fall sales at New ¬ market with the hope of securing some worthy matrons
