AIREO raced in close pursuit of DROMI to the str"tcli. then took a good lead and finally outstayed ANGIE I, in a close finish. ANGIE D. was hard ridden and ran well, but could not quite get up iu a game final effort. MISS EDITH closed a gap and outstayed DROMI for third place. The latter showed good speed in pacemaking to the stretch. FEL1NA began slowlv on the outside and after leiiig rushed up into forward contention began to fall back in the stretch drive.
