NOTES OF THE TURF. J. AV. Johnson has gone from Charleston to Palm , Beach, Fla., to confer with E. R. Bradley regarding a price on Sir Ldgar. The master of Idle Hour Farm sold the colt to Johnson, and is now anxious to buy him back since he has shown such good form. Algernon Daingertield. assistant secretary of the the Jockey Club, is recovering from a severe attack of sickness. General Manager Albert Rohrbach. of the Con-maught Park Jockey Club, will leave Ottawa on February 5 to visit owners at Juarez, Charleston and other racing points. The book of conditions for the Ottawa spring meeting, June 1G 23. will be issued February 1. On February 12 the Canadian Racing Associations will consider the Connaiight Park application for a revision of its fall dates. J
