LONDON RACING PLANS ASSUME SHAPE. London, Out., January 2:!. J. II. Madigin. president of the Niagara Racing Association, and J. L. Counsell, of Hamilton, who are lichiiid the London Jockey Club, are here to complete arrangements Tor the building of the track this year. Mr. Madigin announced that the itlans were ready, the money in sight and the work would he rushed to provide racing this year. He was not sure that two meetings would be held, one in the summer and the other in the fall, but races in the autumn were certain. Arrangements were practically completed with the Grand Trunk Railway to run excursion trains to the track.
