PROBABLY WILL PROVIDE FOR COMMISSION. Annapolis. Md.. March The Hall anti-race track gambling bill continues to remain in the House Committee on Judiciarv. Chairman Hoffman of the committee aid today that he had held back the proposed favorable reiort at the request of Speaker Trippe. The Idea now is that there will he an agreement on a hill to create n-state-wide racing commission in place of the Hall bill.
