CASTA RA lost ground and dropped far back iu the lirst three-eighths, but came fast in the stretch. OLD JORDAN showed speed and raced Into the lead on tho last turn, but tired in the stretch. RYE STRAW was outpaced for the lirst hair, but finished fast and almost got up to win. PARLOR BOY ran fairly well and made a fast finish. FLY I NO YANKEE ran well and probably would have won but for bolting on the stretch turn, then ran away a mile and a half after the finish. JOE DEIBOLD was outpaced all the way, but was gaining and close up at the end. VI LEY quit badly in the last quarter.
